For the past 4 years, Jenny Barrett and the Karma Yoga committee, Deborah Ifill, Heather Feemster, Jennifer Miller, Elissa Klaus, Maura Rassman and Shirley Inniken have created and hosted the Karma Yoga San Diego Day of Health and Healing Benefit for Shakti Rising. Each year, this amazing event promises to give the public a taste of transformation, the path of Karma Yoga and much more.

The day offers yoga classes, wellness workshops, Karma Yoga opportunities, inspirational quest speakers, catered healthy vegetarian foods and desserts, silent auction items and take home gifts! Each year continues to be a huge success and offers an extraordinarily nourishing and transforming day for all who attend.
Karma Yoga San Diego is about introducing Shakti Rising and the success stories of the women involved in their exceptional recovery program.
